SHIPPING
How long does it take for shipping? 
It depends on the country you locate. 
Most of the our parcel will be delivered in 3-
4 days by DHL.
Can I ship my products to another country that not listed on the site?
Yes. Deepking offers shipping and logistics to almost every country. Please contact info@deepkinglabels.com if your destination is not listed on our site.
Does Deepking charge shipping fees?
Yes, shipping fees do apply for all orders. Although pricing and options vary by destination (country), Deepking takes pride in offering the lowest shipping prices available. In many cases, Deepking covers a significant amount of the actual shipping costs so that prices are kept down for our customers.
• At the "Payment Step" during checkout, you will see the shipping options available to you based on destination (country).
• The price and estimated shipping time for each option are shown. Note that these are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. We work with the most reputable logistical partners available, but as soon as the package is in their possession, it is out of our hands. We cannot guarantee shipping time.

LEAD TIME
How long does it take for production?
Production time depends on product type, order quantity, production process and even national holidays. You can find estimated shipping time on each product page FAQ section.
Does Deepking take rush orders?
We accept rush order for some products but not all. Please contact us by info@deepkinglabels.com to confirm. You can also go to product page FAQ section to check rush order policies.
 
 
PAYMENT & TAX
Are payments on this website secure?
Absolutely! All our payments are processed by established and trusted payment providers. Deepking do not store any of your credit card data or other sensitive payment information.
Will my international order be subject to customs fees?
Maybe. International orders often incur VAT (Value Added Tax), import fees, or customs processing fees. International fees vary depending on the size, value and destination of your package. International fees are not included in our shipping costs. When your order arrives to your country, you might need to pay additional fees to receive it.
 
ORDER & RETURN POLICY
Am I required to have an email address to order?
Yes, most of our customer support and all automated communication is through email, so we require a valid email address.
How do I check my order status?
Notification emails will be sent to your registered email address on payment date, proof approval date and shipping date. You can also log in your account on the site to check.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We start working on your order right away, and we cannot cancel orders once they are in progress.
What is a proof?
A proof is an agreement between you and Deepking confirming the design and specifications of your item before it enters production. If anything is missing or not correctly represented on the proof, let us know, otherwise you may not be eligible for a refund/remake if the product does not meet your expectations.

Proofs at Deepking are always provided digitally. The digital proof looks similar to a dieline, but is formatted for manufacturing. Manufacturing will not begin until you approve your proof. All lead times on the Deepking website account for a 24-hour approval process. If it takes longer than 24 hours to approve your proof, your estimated delivery date may be delayed.
What is Deepking's return policy?
You should contact our sales representative within 7 days after you received the goods. Failure in reporting quality issue within 7 days will be considered as order acceptance automatically.

The Proof is the ONLY judgement criteria on any controversial order. Deepking bares full responsibility ONLY on quality issue that not meet The Proof.

Orders agree to refund should be shipped out to specific address within 3 days. Refunds will be proceeded to original payment account within 3 days after return order arrives.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ) for an items?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for most products is between 100 and 1,000. It is determined by the manufacturing processes and equipment used to produce your item. Deepking uses processes that require tooling (cutting dies, print plates, molds) which means there is a cost to setting up the machines to run your item. At Deepking, we strive to offer you access to the lowest MOQs available for each process.  If you are looking for packaging below the MOQ we recommend that you search for suppliers that offer digital printed packaging, or consider unbranded stock packaging from a local supplier.
Does Deepking offer free sample if I want to see the quality?
We offer free stock sample with previous order logo(not custom logo), but $20 will be charged for shipping fee.
How long it will take for sampling and how much does it cost?
Sampling lead time and cost is different for different products types. It is determined by manufacturing processes that require tooling(cutting dies, print plates, molds)which means there is a cost to setting up the machines to run your item. You can go to specific product page to check general lead time and sample cost information.
Does Deepking offer a proof before production?
Yes, of course. After received your order, our sales team will contact you by email and send a digital proof to get your approval before production.
Does Deepking accept custom sizes that are not listed on the site?
Yes. You can send inquiry to us by clicking “get quote with ready logo or artwork” button on product page, or send an email to info@deepkinglabels.com.
Does Deepking accept orders without artwork?
Yes. We can help you produce an artwork. However, you don’t provide logo design service which means customers are required to has a ready logo for any order or inquiry. Pls contact info@deepkinglabels.com for more information.
Does Deepking offer PMS color matching?
Yes. Most of the products in our Catalog do offer PMS and HEX code matching.
Does Deepking provide dielines for your products?
Yes. You can download our standard dielines in each product page. We recommend using the latest version of Adobe Illustrator to add your artwork to the dieline.
Can I resell your products?
Yes. Once you buy them, there are no limitations on reselling products purchased through Deepking. Deepking does not offer additional reseller discounts or distributor pricing.
